Solved

My number was fraudulently ported to another network and im been told i will recieve a letter in 30 days with decsion!!

Recieved a text to say I had requested a PAC code, I hadn't so I went onto online support and after an hour I was told they had blocked the request, this morning I got a text stating transfer was complete, I contacted them again and said it would take 24- 48 hours to sort as PAC code wasn't blocked!! my phone is now not working, k sent a message on messenger and have now been told the fraud team will give me a decision in 30days by letter!!!! This is appalling. They quite clearly have a poor security system, how long has it taken to resolve for others?

Should be by end of day today @ClareCooper, in fact, it might have already happened as I can now find your new account searching your Mobile Number. Thanks.

Hey @ClareCooper,

No not really, I have been given a new number after 6 chat sessions all telling me different things.

They have given me an esim with a new number but I'm still awaiting my old number to be ported over.

Communication is Shocking, no updates given and takes for me to chase via the online chat. on Monday I was told it would be ported over in 24 hours it's now been over 48 hours and still nothing!!!

App still showing I have 2 bills (1 for a full years rental) despite me reporting this also and reporting the issue within an hour of getting the text to say PAC code request made.

Sorry to hear this @ClareCooper. Looking at the system, the PAC from the network your number was ported too was initially incorrect. There is now an active port in progress on your account. Thanks.

I have a same issue. My phone number was ported without my authorisation.  Same situation like Clare described at first post. I was told at the morning (when my phone was still working) that they will stop porting my number but now sim card lost signal and I am out of everything! I cannot log in to any services where my number was registered. Bank, PayPal, and other services. This is so stresfull.

@Jurek R1a -

I assume you’ve reported it to our Fraud/Live Chat Team? I’d also suggest contacting your Bank to get your Account details changed. Thanks.
