Hi...what happend in roaming because i cant received and make calls but my bills are ok...can help me please?

    Did you set/check your account for roaming before leaving the UK?

    If you did have you turned roaming on on your phone?

    I’m sorry to hear that, is roaming enabled on your account and on your device?

     

    Where is it you’re roaming?

     

    Have you tried manually connecting to networks in your device settings as opposed to allowing automatic network connections?

    Put your full postcode into both of these. The 1st one shows any known network issues, the 2nd shows the coverage estimate for 4G (default), 3G and 5G
