my phone is showing connection to iD but I can't make calls

I am currently unable to make or receive calls even though my phone is showing connection to the iD mobile network. Any ideas why this might be please? Also, is there a customer service number or contact that can help?

Unfortunately @Matt A., iD Mobile don’t have a telephone support helpline. 

There is an iD Mobile iD Live Chat service to chat online with customer advisers.
