My phone won't dial out.

Every time I make a call to someone I get connected to an ID Mobile message saying my bill is up to date. This happens to anyone I call. I can receive calls. I can make calls via WhatsApp. I have restarted my phone but still the same.

Just to confirm, is this for every call?

 

Are you calling regular 07 numbers, or a premium phone number?
