my plan has chaged / increased without me requesting it

Have been on a £10 plan for past 12 months. Then suddenly on the app it tells me my new plan is £41.99 ! How can that be the case ?

Are you the only person with access to the iD Mobile app and your online account?

Have you had any unusual calls or texts from anyone?

If the 1st answer is no and/or the 2nd answer is yes then this iD page may help
