My renewed mobile data is showing on my computer/not my mobile??

Could anybody advise from I D please?  My mobile data has been renewed as from 10th April.  States 28 days left.  However, according to my mobile when I click the link for data left, it states 14 days?

The iD advisers work until 6pm at weekends (8pm on weekdays).

Unfortunately, neither the two advisors from Web Chat on Sunday 13th April and Monday 14th April were able to help.  The one on Sunday advised me to restart my phone.  Alas, this did not work.  I tried to download the ID App on my phone.  Error 500.  This implies the fault lies with ID Mobile.

 

I was on Web Chat for nearly one hour on Monday 14th April.  The advisor informed me that my allowances are correct online from being refreshed on my computer from receiving my bill but not on my I D mobile.  On a Monday afternoon, I attend Digital Support for phones.  Even the experts there could not solve the problem either!  Cleared Cache and still does not allow me to to download the ID mobile app on my phone.  Therefore, it is out of sync.

OK, yes there should be no issue with getting the app. Is your software running on the latest update ​@MydyKandy01 ?

I presume so!I gave restarted the phone.Always obtain error code 500/cleared cache and still does not work.  Even somebody else who helps out in the digital support group could not resolve the issue/🤔

Hello Tom/ yes/I have tried that and it works.However, in theory,  it is meant to work logging into the app. It is so long winded tho 🙄🤔!
