Can I make international calls with a rolling plan, or is it only possible with a monthly subscription?

Assuming you have enabled the International calling option in your iD account, you’ll be able to make an International call if your account bill cap is high enough to cover the cost, ​@Timea

International calls are out-of-plan usage, and aren’t include in your monthly rolling iD plan allowances.

Thank you for the quick reply. Yes I have enabled international calling. It is currently topped up with £10 but I cannot make international calls

I have been having a problem with creating a direct debit to your account. The process that we went through previously has not worked. I have in the past and am doing again is asking for your bank details so that I can get this problem sorted once and for all.
