Hi. My wife had an existing pay as you go monthly sim. She is getting a new phone through car phone warehouse. She would like to cancel the pay as you go sim and have a PAC code sent. She will remain with ID mobile on her new 2 year contract. Thanks

    Thanks for getting in touch.

     

    If your wife would like to cancel her existing SIM-only plan and request a PAC code, she'll need to contact our Customer Service team directly via Live Chat, as we'll need to speak with the account holder before making any changes.

     

    They'll be able to provide the PAC code and discuss the best way to manage the switch to her new plan.
