Need help ID mobile as PAC not transferring my original number via your website/app

Please can someone help me from ID mobile as I am trying really hard to get my daughters current number transferred to her new phone with many failed attempts on the app and via the web. I have tried for a few days now. We received a text message on 19.9.24 to say that the number will transfer on 20/9/24 but this has still not happened. Your speedy response would be very welcomed.
