need help to sign into my account


I have been unable to sign into my id mobile account or app for months because I have forgotten my password. When I follow the instructions to reset the password I never receive the email with the code. I have checked my span and junk email files and still no email. I have contacted customer services by phone and live chat and both promised a call back, which has never happened. The customer service is atrocious and I have had no help whatsoever in solving this. I have been deliberately cut off on a number of occasions after waiting for ridiculously long times on the phone. Can someone please help as I need to change my plan. And please do not just send a link like the live chat person did as I CANNOT ACCESS MY ACCOUNT!!!!!!  That’s the whole point!!!!!
