Need help with login details

I pay for my contract and my 2 sons contracts but I can't remember any of my youngest sons login details so i can upgrade the sim card, I need help because he needs more data.

    Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@Sonya Mac   

    The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.

      You could just add your son’s plan to your existing online account ​@Sonya Mac.

       

      Log in to the app, click View your plans and then click Add a new plan. Enter the required details and your son’s plan will be added to your existing online account and viewable from within the iD Mobile app.
