What seems to be the issue with the SIM?
If you have received your SIM it should be activated already. If you have received a replacement SIM we would need to get this activated for you.
If you could please provide us with further information we can advise you further.

Basically I put it in a iPhone 7 and its saying my provider needs to do something so it will work it doesn't need unlocking just something to do with the sim

Can you provide a bit more information as “my provider needs to do something” doesn’t really give us much to go on. What exactly is the error message you’re seeing?
Its not under there activation I think it was locked to another network is there anyway id could do something for it to work

If the iPhone is network locked to another provider then you will need to get it unlocked by whatever network it’s locked to.
