Need my PUK - can't receive the text message to authenticate


I’m stuck. I need to get my PUK to unlock my SIM. I can’t use Live Chat because I can’t get logged into the new system because I can’t receive the text message to authenticate - because my SIM is locked!!

How do I get around this?

Thank you. Support have resolved the issue now via the Live Chat feature. I wasn’t aware that the Live Chat feature worked without actually logging in.
