need my transaction number urgently ive lost the emal and seem to be going round in circles

Lost my welcome email, need transaction number to be able to keep my daughter number on her phone. I can’t get sense out of the bot thing, live chat, isn’t really live chat  and I’m going round in circles

On the live chat you need to type “talk to a person”
