After having no service on my phone with my current Id sim for more than 24 hrs, I have decided to leave Id. But I can’t get PAC code because I can’t text from my phone and my number (because there is no service)

Just use the online iD Live Chat to speak to a customer adviser and request a PAC,
The advisers work until 6pm at weekends, and the chatbot operates 24/7.
