NEEDING HELP!!!

Hi my current 24 month IDmobile contract ends on the 30th September 2024. I am wanting to cancel this contract fully when its ends on the 30th September but how do I make sure this is fully cancelled on the 30th September and I don't carry on being charged.

I have also purchased an IDmobile 12m SIM only contract to start using after the 30th September. The only issue is I am wanting to keep the same number I currently have with the 24m contract. 

So two issues really:

  1. How do I make sure I don't carry on being charged once the 24m contract ends on the 30th.
  2. How do I then transfer the number on the 24m month plan to the SIM only plan.

Please can someone help as I cant find anything online and I have never changed contract to sim with the same provider before.

@AB03 - You aren’t able to switch your number between two iD Mobile plans. Please return the new 12 Month SIM you purchased and do a Plan Change:
