I have posted in this forum before and am so frustrated with the lack of support from id
we are having constant issues where those says it has a signal but is unable to receive calls.
calling the number and it just rings. The phone receives no notification of a missed call and can’t call out. It just hangs without dialling.
Have tried all solutions - restarting works for a while but there is no way of knowing when this error has happened.
I have done all the things related to the 3G switch off advised in this forum. Honestly will never go with a company again that’s online only with no customer service team, when things go wrong some support is needed.
any advice before I switch networks?
