Took my Samsung phone into service centre a week ago to have a new charging port when it came back I was getting the message network locked after several trips back and forth samsung and carphone warehouse have found out today that when the phone was repaired samsung restored the phone to its original settings and that CW had bought the phone off ID mobile in Ireland so the phone has now locked to another network and I am paying for a contract that I cannot use and no one seems to want to help us
Just Google ID Ireland and apparently they have gone into liquidation last month any help please so stressed
