Yesterday mobile network wasn't working. I couldn't make important calls. How can I claim compensation?

Maybe contact iD customer support, using their online web chat service, to ask for compensation @Brijesh bhagat.

The iD advisers work until 8pm on weekdays - the iD chatbot works 24/7.

Hi ​@Brijesh bhagat  we are really sorry for any inconvenience the outage caused. Our team at Three worked as quick as they could to get everything up and running. Compensation won’t be offered at this time.

Unfortunately from time to time, as with any technology, sometimes things don’t work as they should. We completely understand this isn’t ideal, and are very sorry this happened to you.
