Network down again


I D Mobile network down , emergency calls only all afternoon Friday 23rd May .

Please only ID mobile employees reply , thank you

My network was down Friday and Saturday I was able to make calls on Friday that since then I've not the network is still down today and it's Sunday now what the heck is going on.

Network down no calls allowed I have checked my area and it says everything is okay still a problem

@Jamo Have you tried a network refresh? It might help but you do lose your saved Wi-Fi passwords though

Thanks for your reply. I tried that last night but it didn't work I'm okay while I'm at home I have the internet

I did reset the network settings it didn't help at the time but one hour later it's been resolved hopefully things will be great now thank you so much for your suggestion.

It's now working but I m away from my house. when I look at my post code it says no problems HX1 2NB it been 3 nights on the trot.😤
