Network Issue has been a issue for over 12 months - Is there a resolution date?

Hi 

I came from Sky and before that Smarty (virtual network on 3) - I left Smarty due to network issues near CB23 6AH. Joined ID Mobile on sim only and when I leave the house and go shopping at the local Supermarket I cannot call - the call contects and no one hears me. In other locations my phone works fine.

Please can you advise me when these nework issues will be completed by as it is becoming a real hassle and I would like to stay with ID?

I see @tomm-s - I’d recommend speaking to Three UK (as they own the infrastructure) for their timelines.

Hey @tomm-s,

Are you still experiencing issues? I’ve checked the maps, it looks like the signal is okay. Have you tried enabling 4G VoLTE CALLING?

Hi The maps do not tell the story, you have to check Network Issues for CB23 6AH. The same network issue has been outstanding with 3 for over 12 months. Not good - but thanks for looking
