Can’t believe that this is happening again. Critical that I have coverage to deal with a house move. ID service updates have no meaning, just the reiteration that engineers are working to resolve the issue, with no detail about what the issue is, or what the timescale is for restoring service.
I will be cancelling my service as soon as possible. If anyone from ID reads this, please let me know how I get in touch to do so as the outage means that there is also no customer chat.
