network signal issues


Hello 

 

I have recently moved over from O2 network and notice a massive difference in coverage . My usual trip from Manchester (M56/M60/M61/M55)  I would say gets 1-2 Bar on 2/3 of the journey . Is there a problem with my settings or the Network not great . I have been a three customer for years before that but been never that bad . ??

Sorry to hear this, our signal would be the same as Three UK’s, have you just moved from O2 or Three UK?

 

O2 uses a completely different signal network, therefore experience with signal between us and them would be different.

 

Please could you let us know the full postcode(s) where you’re having issues?

 

It’s worth noting that all iD Mobile plans have a cooling off period in which you can return your plan should you find the coverage is not suitable.

Hi Tom 

 

post code is FY4 , taken on a contract with phone so cooling off period different I think ? Internet been my main issue as with virgin and not reliable so causes my a few headaches .
