Hello,

I have signed up to 2 pay monthly sim only accounts but I received an email stating that my credit check failed

Can you please look into this and let me know if my accounts are live as I have been given a mobile number?

The change over is supposed to occur on July 1st from O2

Hi @darrensealy 

 

You mention you’ve applied for 2 contracts, how many mobile numbers have you been given?

 

If you’ve been given a new iD Mobile number, this suggests you’ve (at least) passed for one, it sounds like you may have passed for one plan, but not two.

Hi @darrensealy 

 

Okay, if you attempted to pass for two but were only given one, unfortunately you wouldn’t pass for the second.

 

We cannot change the results of a credit check.

 

We’d recommend allowing at least 90 days between credit check attempts.
