I currently pay for my daughter’s iD phone bill and the account is in my name.
As she will be going to uni she wants to have her own account (still with ID) and keep her number.
If I close the account and she starts from scratch with her own account, is there a way to keep her number?
Or is there a way to have a seamless transition from my plan to hers on a specified date using the PAC code?
I’d be grateful for any help

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to transfer within a network. However you can do a Triangle Port, where you switch your daughters number to a Pay as you Go SIM using a PAC, wait 24 hours then switch back to iD Mobile using another PAC.
