New app nightmare - three mobile data accounts [children] but can't access account.

Hi there. 

 

I have three id mobile logins under old system so that I could purchase data for my kids. 

Now I’m unable to access any of the accounts under the ‘new’ app. It isn’t accepting email-generated codes etc. 

Also I’m being charged twice every month for one of the accounts [and looking back, have been for the past 2 plus years]. 

 

Help!
