Hi. Just started a new contract with id. They say they have given me a loyalty bonus of unlimited data, yet it doesn't show it in the app or in the contract they've sent over....Tried ringing but no one is willing to send over confirmation that this has been added on my account... Anybody else had this happen....

Checked your account, you do have Unlimited Data Add On. It won’t show on the ID Mobile app, it’ll likely show 10GB?

Thank you for the speedy response, one more quick question as it's showing 10gb I presume the unlimited is still available for travel use up to the 30gb. Thanks Pete
