New customer but Appa and Website showing wrong data plan

Hi

I recently signed up to a 120Gb monthly data plan. On the app although it shows 120gb available it says my plan is for 1.5Gb/month. I have searched on here and it says it is a glitch with the mobile app and not to worry but the same 1.5Gb/month is showing when I log in to your website as well. I just want to confim I’m on the 120Gb/month plan

How much data did you have prior to the plan change?

It does seem like the app is displaying the incorrect allowance. If you upgraded recently the allowance will be pro rated but we can certainly PM you if you would like us to check the account.

Hi, thanks for getting back.

It is a new account, I just joined IdMobile and signed up for the 120Gb /month package
