new customer… no data

Returned to ID mobile and bought new phone and package. 
inserted new SIM but data not working. 
Old number ported today but still having data issues. Weirdly some emails come through on Garmin and show they are new but when I try to open them, it says I’m offline and to check network settings ( which shows ok I think!)

Need urgent support to get resolved
