New handset

My contract ended last month and I’ve been invited to choose from a variety of options, including continuation of  my existing plan with a new handset which is what I want but how the heck do I make contact to agree to that? 

Ouch my head hurts! Why does everything have to be so complicated?

Your best bet is using the iD Live Chat service at: 

The system has iD agents 9am to 8pm Mon-Fri and 9am to 6pm weekends.

There’s an annoying chat-bot works 24/7, so you need to type “talk to a person” to avoid the chat-bot and an iD agent will help.

If you don’t mind waiting, an iD employee might send you a private message in this forum (iD community).
