I recently took out a SIM only deal, but now needing a new phone. It says I can't upgrade to get a new phone, is this correct?

Hey there
To upgrade to a new phone, you’d either need to have been with us for at least 6-months if you’re on a 1-month rolling SIM card. If you’re on a 12-month SIM plan, you’d need to wait until at least 30-days before the contract expiry date to upgrade, and at least 60-days before if you’re on a 24-month SIMO plan.
