At the moment I am on a sim only (monthly) contract but want to upgrade to a new phone contract Iv found one on uswitch (still on I’d mobile) but the offer isn’t on the app can I still keep my number if I take out that contract not using the app

If you purchase via Uswitch or a similar third party site this would not be an upgrade, it’d be a completely new, separate contract.
Unfortunately it isn’t possible to transfer a number from one iD Mobile plan to another, we’d recommend looking into upgrades should you wish to retain the same number.
If you aren’t seeing an upgrade deal you’re happy with in the iD Mobile app/website, we’d recommend calling the sales team on 0207 1391 397.
