new phone

hi im trying to change my number over from id to id but it won't let me. when i bough the phone from the id web site. it said i could keep my old number. if its not possible to to it then id like to speak with some please..

​@Kerry Cardwell  If you've only bought a phone all you need to to is take out the physical sim card and insert it into the new phone.

But if you've an Esim you can do this by logging into you IDMobile account and follow the instructions to get it onto you new phone.
