I've just received my new phone but there's no SIM card do I use old one

Hi ​@Gwennie,

 

If you've upgraded your phone, then yes, you'll just need to remove the SIM card from your old phone and insert it into your new one.

 

Your existing SIM will continue to work with your current number and plan, so there's no need to activate a new SIM unless you've specifically been sent one as part of your order.

Thanks for getting in touch.

 

Once your new phone arrives, simply take the SIM card out of your old phone and insert it into your new one. Your new plan will become active automatically once the upgrade has completed.

 

If you're using an eSIM instead of a physical SIM, you'll need to contact our Customer Service team via Live Chat so they can issue you a new eSIM QR code for your new device.
