new phone and new id contract

Hello, I have been an Id customer for the last 3 years, I have recently bought a new phone and it includes an id plan, how do I go about with keeping my current number?

    Thanks for getting in touch.

     

    Unfortunately, iD Mobile doesn't support internal number transfers between two iD Mobile plans.

     

    The only way to keep your current number is to either:

    • Upgrade on your existing iD Mobile plan, or
    • Transfer your number to or from a different network provider using a PAC.

     

    As you've purchased a new phone that includes a new iD Mobile plan, we'd recommend contacting the point of sale to discuss returning the new plan if you'd like to keep your current number. You can then contact our Sales team via Live Chat to discuss upgrading your existing plan instead.
