I purchased a brand new S23 last week and after charging it 100% it needs recharging during the day. I am not on my phone constantly but 12 hours usage seems very short before recharge needed

It may be worth checking some of your settings, such as screen resolution, brightness, refresh rate etc and changing these to see if they help.
If you believe the device is faulty please the vendor you’ve purchased via know so they can assist with an exchange, if this is us, please let us know here.
