Having the same issue here; awaiting for a technical department to fix it. If it is not fixed within 10 days, then will have to cancel the new contract.

Wondering how quickly it was resolved for others as I can see so many new customers had the same problem: not receiving verification codes for some applications.

Have you followed the steps in the link previously provided by my colleague?

I notice you mentioned a ticket has been raised. With this being the case, the team will be investigating this further and update you as soon as possible.

Yes, followed all steps; contacted again today; still waiting for technical department to look into. This is not acceptable.
