I’ve received my new Idmobile phone and SIM card (new number going to switch from old provider). The phone works but the SIM card is showing no service. Have tested it in my old phone and it also doesn’t work. i think the SIM card needs activating but when I try that on the idmobile activate my sim I get an error message. I can’t register for my online account as it wants to send a confirmation text to my new phone but the sim is unable to receive anything as no service. How can I activate the sim?
