New plan not visible on app

My wife purchased a new ID mobile contract and phone recently and then ported her pre-existing ID mobile ‘sim only’ number out and then back to the new plan which worked fine but the only plan she can see on the app is the original ‘sim only’ one and not her new 2 year plan.  It just keeps coming up with the ‘oops’ message if she tries to do anything on the app.  How can this be sorted?

Hi @Smudger777

As the new plan is new and nothing to do with the old plan, the account holder will need to register to the app with the new plan separately to the old one.

For security reasons iD Mobile will only talk to the iD account holder, which sounds like it’s your spouse, @Smudger777.

Forum members like myself can’t look at iD customer accounts, so she’ll need to contact iD to get things rectified.

She can’t contact you as the app won’t allow her to access anything so what do you suggest she do?  I am her only way of accessing this community

Okay @Smudger777, I’m just a forum member like yourself, not an iD employee.

Best option could be to open a web browser and talk to iD support online at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat.

If this is a problem, send a private message to iD support using Facebook Messenger.

The iD advisers only work between 9am - 8pm on weekdays.
