new rolling cotract - entered an email address that does not exist


Hi there. I just signed up for a new contract with ID mobile and I entered the wrong email address, one that does not exist! I stupidly entered a dot (.) between my first name and last name, but my email address doesn’t include a dot. 

I am unable to log in online to change the email address. How do I update my email address to the correct one and get email confirmation of the contract?

If the ‘wrong’ email address was a Gmail email address @lightplay, the dot won’t matter and you should still receive the emails about your iD online order - they might be in your Junk or Spam folder.

Otherwise, if you’ve got your order reference number, the iD telephone sales might be able to assist.

Contact sales on 020 7139 1397, during normal office hours, with your order number handy.

Thanks, it’s a yahoo email address so I guess I need to call sales.

Were the sales team able to assist you here?

 

We’d be able to change an email address used, but only after the sale has completed and gone through.
