I received an email noting that my contract ends on the 10th April. The email offered this as an option: £8/month rolling with 20GB data. However on the app the only options are as seen in the second image. £10/month at least.

 

Any help?

The app screenshot appears to be plan changes and not upgrades, the email offer I believe would be an upgrade offer (similar, but different).

 

If you’re unhappy with the deals presented, it may be worth giving the sales team a call on 0207 1391 397.
