new sim


Just put my new SIM into my new phone. Nothing has happened. I have joined the idcommunity and they are trying to send me a code number to my new phone. I can't get the text number until SIM is activated.

Please advise

Hi ​@Fenemore 1961  do you have the iD app? You should be able to activate it from there?

@Fenemore 1961  This may or may not be an option for you as it may put you out your way. Go to a Curry's store with your device, Sim and any IDMobile contract details, they should be able to help you out may even replace your sim with a new one if needed.

I still can't download the id app. Either on my mobile or fire tablet. It tells me that my device is incompatible. My mobile is compatible ( Android ) . Because I can't download the app on my fire tablet, does this affect trying to download the app on my new mobile?

I have had my account for weeks now and I still have not received or sent a text or phone call. I am at the end of my tether.  Why is id mobile making it so hard to resolve mega problems?

Hi ​@Fenemore 1961,

It sounds like the issue is with the devices. If you are trying to download via Google Play can you please check the region in case it is set to a different country.
