I ordered new e sim with new contract and new number but I want now sim card

You can get a (free) physical replacement iD SIM either by visiting a Currys store, using the online iD web chat or requesting one via your account.
If you use the web chat then type ‘Talk to a person’ in the dialogue box to bypass the chatbot and connect directly with an adviser.

Steps to Request a Replacement SIM via your account 
Log in:

Open the iD Mobile app on your smartphone or log in to your My Account Online.

Navigate to your SIM:

 Tap on the "Plan" section, then scroll down to find and tap on "Your SIM/eSIM"

Request a replacement SIM:
Select the option to "Request a replacement SIM or eSIM" and then choose to "Get a replacement SIM
Choose your SIM delivery:
You can have the new SIM card posted to you, or you can collect a replacement SIM free of charge from your nearest Currys store
Activate your new SIM:
Once you receive your new physical SIM, insert it into your device and follow the instructions to activate i

Just be aware that your account will be suspended once a replacement SIM has been requested and you will not be able to use your phone during the transition up until the new SIM has been activated.
