Hello, how do I request a new SIM with a new number? I’m not switching, rather setting up a new account completely. Thanks!

Hi there
You don’t need to open another account to change your number. If you only want to switch your number and leave the account alone then you can change your phone number on your existing contract for an admin fee of £25. Simply contact their Live Chat team to get your number changed, but note:
Please note: If you need to change your number because you’re suffering from harassment, we can change your number free of charge. All we require is a crime reference number, which you’ll get when you report the harassment to the police.
Or you want to cancel your current contract (assuming your 12/24 month contract has run its course), ditch your current number and open a new one with a new number?
