new sim not working

i recently received a new phone and sim. i’ve successfully transferred my old number across. when i put the sim in the phone, i get an error message or a ‘no sim’ message. i’ve tried with an alternative sim, which works fine. i need help as this was supposed to be resolved yesterday.

This forum article might help, @Livvyheydon

Sounds like the iD SIM card could be faulty.

Otherwise, perhaps it wasn’t activated when dispatched, or your iD account is blocked for some reason.
