new sim upgrade , no data, no outgoing calls

I have purchased a new sim upgrade, should have waited until 1/8 but didn't realise. so ive had an email stating all ready and i have 45gb, unlimited texts and calls. later a text stating ive used 100% of my data. no i cant make calls, i cant use my data, my plan was like for like and im unsure whats happened. Ive tried to have a live chat 3 times now and keep getting bombed out. any ideas?

Hey @Jojo1807,

So sorry to hear you’ve had issues upgrading. Looks like your new plan was returned on 30/07/24, so you’ll resort back to your previous plan.

Can you confirm this has fixed the issues?

I still have no services 2 weeks later

@Jojo1807, I’ve heard back from the team, they’re having issues reconnecting your account. However there are teams on the case to resolve the issue. I’ll update you again once I have more information. Thanks.
