I signed up for sim only deal contract . I haven't received my SIM or probably lost in the post because it been a more than 7 working days. ID mobile already set up my direct debit. My problem is I mistakenly requested my PAC number from Giffgaff to switch to ID and  using the mobile number ID mobile sent me through email and now if it goes through I do not have any ID Mobile SIM CARD. What do I do now?

I have iPhone 13 pro . So if I get a new SIM card how do I switch again. Because right now my phone not working on Giffgaff network I think the switch is complete. How do I get my main phone number back with a new ID sim

What phone do you have? The reason I ask is that you might not need a physical SIM! If your phone supports eSIM’s, iD Mobile can email you a QR code, in which case you could be up and running within minutes. No need to wait for a physical SIM to be posted to you.

If you want a physical SIM card, pop in to your nearest Curry’s, and they will supply you with one or speak to a live chat agent, and they can either email you an eSIM or send out a replacement SIM card.

Hey there @Targee, welcome to Community!

SIM cards should be delivered within 3-5 working days, so our apologies you haven’t received one on time. Please contact our live-chat, who can send you out a free replacement SIM card or eSIM:
