Hi, I’m new to id and have requested a new plan keeping my old number but when I was setting up my Sim, its giving me a new phone number. I haven’t asked for a PAC code from my old provider. How can I keep my old number in my new id plan?

+11Hi there firstly you need to get a PAC number from your old mobile provider if as you say you want to keep this number. These are valid for 30 days from time of issue.
Once you've received your PAC number you can log into your ID Mobile account and submit your pac detail. Just follow the instructions when doing so. And make a note of the day of porting.
Once this has been completed you'll be notified when the porting going to take place also when it's been transferred over to IDMobile.
