New to IDMobile

Hi, I have ordered a new IDMobile sim and it arrived and I requested my PAC code was switched, the date given for the switch was today.  i have entered my new sim in my phone which now shows I have ID Mobile and my old provider BT.  I am unable to use the IDMobile app as it does not recognise my old number, it does recognise my number provided in the email but then says it is sending a code to my new number and I do not receive this.  Am I missing something, what do i need to do to activate use my new IDMobile sim?

Welcome to the Community!

It can take until 10pm on the port date for the port to complete.

I would advise waiting to register whilst your port is in progress.

I hope that you have managed to get this resolved.
