I purchased my phone on 05/06/2024, as part of a 24 month contract from ID mobile and I am still waiting for it to delivered by DPD. Three times they have attempted to make the delivery to my house, or so they claim, and all three times I have been at home. No doorbell or knock has been heard at all, they haven’t even got out of the delivery vehicle. On two of the three deliveries, I have actually tracked the vehicle using the DPD app and stood in my driveway waiting for the arrival of my parcel only to see a vehicle, stop, take a random picture, then head off. Shortly afterwards I have received a text informing me that an attempt was made to deliver my parcel and nobody was available so I should reschedule the delivery. The three pictures they have sent me bear absolutely no resemblance to my property at all. Trying to contact DPD to discuss the problem or arrange a possible collection, or a delivery on a Saturday has proved impossible. Likewise with ID mobile, no constructive help at all. If the same scenario occurs during the fourth attempt to deliver the phone on Friday, I’m afraid I will have no option but to cancel my agreement with ID mobile. To be quite honest, this has been an absolute pain in the arse…..
